Hi! My name is Rand Aldujaili, and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years.
Originally from Baghdad, Iraq, I bring a diverse perspective to my coaching. I speak four languages—fluent Arabic, English, Spanish, and a bit of Italian. As a University of Portland Alumni in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies, hoping to be a future Sport Psychologist, I help my clients truly understand the mind-to-muscle connection in fitness.
As a 3x Gold & National Champion in the sport of powerlifting, I specialize in strength training, hypertrophy, powerlifting, weight loss, boxing, and general health for women and the elderly.
